TIC contact details and Tourist Info websites

Tourist Information pages have been added, either at regional or county level, to give the contact details of TIC’s (Tourist Information Centres) or local visitor centres as well as quick links to the official tourist websites for the area. These are from tourist boards, local authorities, town councils, chamber of commerce or similar with the addition of a few commercial sites.

The Disabled Taxi listings for all of England and Wales are now on the website. Some areas appear to be well served while others are not, research has been quite detailed however there must be more accessible taxi, minibus and coach companies than we have listed, if you operate one please get in touch.

Disabled Taxis and Private Hire Listings

ACE is currently adding listings of taxi, private hire, airport transfers, minibus and coach operators that are wheelchair friendly – we only list companies that we believe can cater for wheelchairs / mobility scooters. The listings pages are either in the relevant county or regional pages on our website. Some have chosen to add to the basic name and number entry that we have placed, showing their commitment to providing a service to disabled people.

We hope these listings will prove valuable to individuals, groups and organisations. (Probably useful for families with buggies too)

If your local company is not listed ask them to get in touch or send us their details via our website contact form.
